Commercial units cover retail and mixed-use space: the shopfronts, food-and-beverage plots and service units inside compounds, malls and coastal resorts. Value here is driven almost entirely by footfall, so frontage width, visibility from the main circulation route and the delivered state of the surrounding phase matter more than internal area. Rents follow the residents, which makes a unit in a fully occupied compound a different asset from an identical one in a phase still under construction — the second is a bet on the delivery schedule as much as on the location.

We currently list 19 commercial units for sale. Recent asking prices mostly fall between EGP 14M and EGP 52M. The largest concentrations are in New Cairo, North Coast and Cairo. Sizes run from 46 to 400 m².
