URBNK is Starlight’s flagship "Avant-Garde" commercial and administrative destination. It is designed as an extension of the prestige found in Katameya Creeks, functioning as a sophisticated ecosystem where work, leisure, and hospitality intersect.

• The "Pavilion" Concept: The project is master-planned into 6 large pavilions, each spanning approximately 1,500 m². These are strategically connected to allow for a natural flow between business and retail zones.
• Design Philosophy: The project features a Double-Height Façade to create a sense of grandeur and maximize natural light. The architecture is a contemporary take on classic styles, ensuring the building remains a timeless icon in the district.
