Scenes هو أحدث مشروع حصري لشركة Tatweer Misr، يمتد على 100 فدان وهو مخصص بالكامل للفلل (فيلا واحدة لكل وحدة)، ليقدم مستوى استثنائي من الخصوصية والسكن منخفض الكثافة في شرق القاهرة.

• الفكرة: التصميم السينمائي للمناظر الطبيعية بحيث تطل كل وحدة على إما مساحات خضراء واسعة أو بحيرات هادئة
• أنواع الوحدات وأحجامها (تحديث 2026):تاون هاوس (متوسط): ابتداءً من 165 م² + سطح
