Squares Developments is a visionary real estate firm founded by a group of seasoned investors with a strong legacy in contracting and construction. The company's name is inspired by the timeless allure of public squares—aiming to create urban spaces that foster community, connectivity, and growth.

• Leadership & Legacy: The company is steered by Talaat Gorguos (Chairman), a co-founder of several successful firms (including Modon and House Building), and Eng. Hany Gorgous (Vice Chairman/Board Member).
• Expansion (2025–2026): After the successful launch of its early commercial projects, Squares has aggressively expanded into the residential sector. In early 2025, they announced an investment portfolio of EGP 50 billion, followed by the launch of their flagship 34-acre residential compound, Sage Lakes Residence, in the R8 district.

Remeny Gloria Inn is a high-tech, mixed-use complex designed by renowned engineering consultant Assaad Salama and executed by Moharram Bakhoum (ACE). The project is specifically designed to accommodate a blend of commercial high-traffic areas and high-end hospitality.

• Structure: The building stands 37.5 meters tall, consisting of 2 Basements + Ground Floor + 9 Upper Floors.
• Total Land Area: Approximately 6,900 m², with a limited construction footprint of only 30% (2,070 m²) to allow for a massive 4,830 m² central plaza.
