Mountain View (DMG) is one of Egypt’s most respected real estate giants, founded in 2005 (operating under the Dar Al Mimar Group with roots dating back further). They are famous for introducing "American-style suburban living" to Egypt, characterized by their signature blue-and-white architecture.

Grand Valleys is a "Boutique-Luxury" villa-only compound spanning 500 acres (roughly 500 feddans). It is designed to be a high-privacy sanctuary that avoids the density of typical apartment complexes.
