Developer History

• Emaar Misr is the Egyptian arm of Emaar Properties (UAE), known for premium integrated lifestyle communities.
• They have been operating in Egypt for over 15 years. During that time, their land portfolio has grown significantly (tens of millions of square meters), with major investments across East, West, Central Cairo, and the North Coast.
• Cairo Gate is their first major project in West Cairo (Sheikh Zayed area) — a sort of expansion into this side of the city.
